A month ago, I contacted South West Home Improvements regarding three doors they supplied and installed at my property, all of which have been defective since installation.Unfortunately, despite contacting the company numerous times by phone and email, I am still waiting for these issues to be resolved. The doors do not open and close properly, the back door has mouldy silicone and excessive condensation, and there is noticeable movement in the bottom seal.I was contacted several weeks ago by a new member of staff who asked whether I was happy with the installation. I explained that I had already been waiting for over a year for the problems to be rectified. I was assured someone would contact me to arrange the necessary work, but once again, nobody followed up.The original installation also caused significant damage to the plasterwork, which thankfully was eventually rectified, but the promised adjustments to the doors and replacement of the mouldy silicone still haven't happened.I have been extremely patient, but after more than a year of ongoing problems and repeated attempts to get help, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the lack of after-sales customer service.I would simply like the defects properly addressed and the doors brought up to the standard I would reasonably expect from a professional installation company.

Had 6 Windows and 2 Doors installed in February. We are amazed with how much warmer our home is. Would like to thank all the team for our experience from start to finish. Will definitely use them again in the future.

2022, at the end of November we moved into a property when windows and doors weren't anywhere suitable for winter. Sam and his team made sure we had them installed before Christmas. They gave us a competitive price and good quality product. Went beyond to achieve the design we were after and made sure we were happy by checking with us. Thank you!

The three man team were very polite, helpful, and explained how & why to any of our questions in terms that made sense , they spotted a problem very quickly & informed us straight away rather than just ploughing on with what they told to do , we discussed together the problem & came up with the best solution I wish other companies were as professional as these three gentlemen 👍👍👍 Alan & Janet ( Exmouth )

We have just had windows and front door replaced and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. When Lewis came to quote, he was friendly, not at all pushy and brought brochures with him. The quote was reasonable and he he was helpful with suggestions.The fitters, Max and Jake were very friendly, efficient and very tidy and the finishing off was of a high standard. We would highly recommend this company.

Had all our windows & doors replaced this week, delighted with the appearance & quality all around. From initial enquiry through to follow up call after completion, everyone was very professional & offered faultless customer service. I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. Highly recommend South West Home Improvements!

Can't rate these guy's highly enough..From initial contact to the finished job .Competitive price, great communication, arrived on time , did a great job.. polite , respectful , cleaned up when they finished. Definitely deserve a 5 star review.
