We've just had our soffits and guttering replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We have been very impressed from start to finish. It began with a home visit and quote within a day or two of our initial call. Dan and Lewis then kept us fully updated with progress, including when covid delayed the work. When the work was done it was to an excellent standard by friendly and professional fitters Paul and Rob. We are extremely happy with the service and highly recommend.

I had a full house -12 windows plus French doors and a front and back door 2 weeks ago . They did a fantastic job £12500.00 including VAT with a FENSA certificate and a 10 year no quibble insurance backed guarantee! In other words the whole 9 yards ! Saved £4000.00 because the national company quoted £25000.00 then in less than 20 minutes their manager had reduced the price to £16750.00 I showed them the door at the double …. Back to SWHI , they were clean , tidy workers . The noise was minimal and Jake and Lee did a wonderful job ! Expertly fitted and everything left slick and span ! The A++ rated windows are wonderful. The mould around our windows dried up and my wife who has mild dementia and a bad heart sleeps so well because the busy main road noise disappeared! My biggest regret was not doing the installation a few years ago ! SWHI are based in Honiton and their windows are high quality and made in Devon ! Also thanks to John their expert designer and Sam who kept us informed every step of the way ! We already booked them for my daughters house and my neighbour was blown away with the job quality he is waiting for his fit so thanks again SWHI

5⭐️ We had 11 windows fitted by Southwest Home Improvements at the end of October 2024. The team were amazing. From initial quote, survey to fitting. Also promptly rang me back when I left messages. I had other jobs being done on the house at the same time and the guys were more than happy to be lead by me as to what windows I needed doing first! Not much noise, no mess and beautifully finished windows at the end of it! The difference in the warmth of our house is massive - I’ve had to turn the thermostat down below 16 degrees! I’m already planning on getting them back to reglaze our conservatory. A big thank you to Sam and the team 👍🏻
