The three man team were very polite, helpful, and explained how & why to any of our questions in terms that made sense , they spotted a problem very quickly & informed us straight away rather than just ploughing on with what they told to do , we discussed together the problem & came up with the best solution I wish other companies were as professional as these three gentlemen 👍👍👍 Alan & Janet ( Exmouth )

We've just had our soffits and guttering replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We have been very impressed from start to finish. It began with a home visit and quote within a day or two of our initial call. Dan and Lewis then kept us fully updated with progress, including when covid delayed the work. When the work was done it was to an excellent standard by friendly and professional fitters Paul and Rob. We are extremely happy with the service and highly recommend.

We are so pleased with the outcome of our new windows and front door! The service, quality and workmanship was excellent. Lewis was very accommodating, especially with fitting us in as quick as they did! Highly recommended.

Abusive and incompetent. They fitted a conservatory for my mother which leaked and then, not only refused to fix the issue, but tried to intimidate an elderly woman by hurling obscenities at her when she tried to discuss the issue and stormed out. Clearly they think attempting to intimidate elderly people to get out of fixing things they haven’t done properly is normal practice. It absolutely isn’t and I will be taking this further. They also haven’t provided a guarantee for the glass or a receipt, despite being asked. Do not hire this company.

5⭐️ We had 11 windows fitted by Southwest Home Improvements at the end of October 2024. The team were amazing. From initial quote, survey to fitting. Also promptly rang me back when I left messages. I had other jobs being done on the house at the same time and the guys were more than happy to be lead by me as to what windows I needed doing first! Not much noise, no mess and beautifully finished windows at the end of it! The difference in the warmth of our house is massive - I’ve had to turn the thermostat down below 16 degrees! I’m already planning on getting them back to reglaze our conservatory. A big thank you to Sam and the team 👍🏻

We have just had all our windows replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We chose bottom opening windows, which we are very impressed with as fresh air circulates easily. Our house is now warmer, which helps reduce energy costs. We love the look of the windows too! Thank you all for your service. Please thank Lewis and Talon, your fitters, for all their hard work! Great service and friendly guys, love my new windows and doors

A first-class job was done by a very skilled team in installing our windows. Very pleasant workers who left no mess and nothing was too much trouble for them. A very good job, well done team.

I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. Highly recommend South West Home Improvements!

Old windows replaced. We've just had some very old windows replaced,
I expected it to take two days but it was all done in a day. Smart new windows, at a reasonable price, all the rubbish cleared away and a great bunch of lads doing the work, quickly and efficiently.

I had a conservatory installed by southwest home improvements this week. John from sales was extreamly helpful,friendly and very professional, and not at all pushy. The price quoted was extreamly competitive compared with other local and national companies. When it came to the instalation Lee the fitter was absolutely brilliant, very professional and a really nice person to deal with. The quality of his work and attention to detail when cleaning up after the job was completed was fantastic. I really cant praise this company highly enough and they were a real pleasure to deal with.
