We've recently had gutters and fascia's done and had previously had windows replaced. Really happy with the price, product and service. Couple of small things that the team had to come back to update, which got sorted quickly and efficiently. Really highly recommended.

We've just had our soffits and guttering replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We have been very impressed from start to finish. It began with a home visit and quote within a day or two of our initial call. Dan and Lewis then kept us fully updated with progress, including when covid delayed the work. When the work was done it was to an excellent standard by friendly and professional fitters Paul and Rob. We are extremely happy with the service and highly recommend.

Very good team excellent workmanship windows fitted on time they cleaned up and left everything clean and tidy, I would recommend them to anyone and it was a very reasonable price

Had all our windows & doors replaced this week, delighted with the appearance & quality all around. We had 2 Windows and a Back door fitted last week by Lewis… What a lovely polite hard working chap. His work is exemplary.. He left absolutely no mess behind him either. Everybody was friendly and professional from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend South West Home Improvements…and will happily use them when I renew the front of the house windows.

Abusive and incompetent. They fitted a conservatory for my mother which leaked and then, not only refused to fix the issue, but tried to intimidate an elderly woman by hurling obscenities at her when she tried to discuss the issue and stormed out. Clearly they think attempting to intimidate elderly people to get out of fixing things they haven’t done properly is normal practice. It absolutely isn’t and I will be taking this further. They also haven’t provided a guarantee for the glass or a receipt, despite being asked. Do not hire this company.

Had French windows installed to open from dining area on to patio. Old window and brickwork down to floor level removed. Sales, surveyor, installers and finishing plasterer 100%. Price was so competitive and whole experience was great from start to finish. Proper good!
