Fabulous company , so pleased I used them. John the salesman was awesome in his knowledge and understanding of the windows for the conservatory. By far the best quote I received . Have just had the windows fitted and they look fantastic, such a difference. Fitters were tidy and worked efficiently. Would not hesitate to use the company again. Thank you

Great communication from start to finish. The guys that came round were polite, friendly and did a great job. Cleaned up like they were never there after, so super happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Will highly recommend.

We have 11 new windows, a set of French doors and our front door replaced by this company. They provided an excellent service throughout. The quality of their work is impeccable. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a full house -12 windows plus French doors and a front and back door 2 weeks ago . They did a fantastic job £12500.00 including VAT with a FENSA certificate and a 10 year no quibble insurance backed guarantee! In other words the whole 9 yards ! Saved £4000.00 because the national company quoted £25000.00 then in less than 20 minutes their manager had reduced the price to £16750.00 I showed them the door at the double …. Back to SWHI , they were clean , tidy workers . The noise was minimal and Jake and Lee did a wonderful job ! Expertly fitted and everything left slick and span ! The A++ rated windows are wonderful. The mould around our windows dried up and my wife who has mild dementia and a bad heart sleeps so well because the busy main road noise disappeared! My biggest regret was not doing the installation a few years ago ! SWHI are based in Honiton and their windows are high quality and made in Devon ! Also thanks to John their expert designer and Sam who kept us informed every step of the way ! We already booked them for my daughters house and my neighbour was blown away with the job quality he is waiting for his fit so thanks again SWHI

A month ago, I contacted South West Home Improvements regarding three doors they supplied and installed at my property, all of which have been defective since installation.Unfortunately, despite contacting the company numerous times by phone and email, I am still waiting for these issues to be resolved. The doors do not open and close properly, the back door has mouldy silicone and excessive condensation, and there is noticeable movement in the bottom seal.I was contacted several weeks ago by a new member of staff who asked whether I was happy with the installation. I explained that I had already been waiting for over a year for the problems to be rectified. I was assured someone would contact me to arrange the necessary work, but once again, nobody followed up.The original installation also caused significant damage to the plasterwork, which thankfully was eventually rectified, but the promised adjustments to the doors and replacement of the mouldy silicone still haven't happened.I have been extremely patient, but after more than a year of ongoing problems and repeated attempts to get help, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the lack of after-sales customer service.I would simply like the defects properly addressed and the doors brought up to the standard I would reasonably expect from a professional installation company.

We had 2 Windows and a Back door fitted last week by Lewis… What a lovely polite hard working chap. His work is exemplary.. He left absolutely no mess behind him either. Everybody was friendly and professional from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend South West Home Improvements…and will happily use them when I renew the front of the house windows.

Can't rate these guy's highly enough..From initial contact to the finished job .Competitive price, great communication, arrived on time , did a great job.. polite , respectful , cleaned up when they finished. Definitely deserve a 5 star review.

Had all our windows & doors replaced this week, delighted with the appearance & quality all around. Owners, sales guys, surveyors and fitters are all great, knowledgeable and carry out work to the highest of standards. 5⭐️ We had 11 windows fitted by Southwest Home Improvements at the end of October 2024. The team were amazing. From initial quote, survey to fitting. Also promptly rang me back when I left messages. I had other jobs being done on the house at the same time and the guys were more than happy to be lead by me as to what windows I needed doing first! Not much noise, no mess and beautifully finished windows at the end of it! The difference in the warmth of our house is massive - I’ve had to turn the thermostat down below 16 degrees! I’m already planning on getting them back to reglaze our conservatory. A big thank you to Sam and the team 👍🏻

I had a conservatory installed by southwest home improvements this week. John from sales was extreamly helpful,friendly and very professional, and not at all pushy. The price quoted was extreamly competitive compared with other local and national companies. When it came to the instalation Lee the fitter was absolutely brilliant, very professional and a really nice person to deal with. The quality of his work and attention to detail when cleaning up after the job was completed was fantastic. I really cant praise this company highly enough and they were a real pleasure to deal with.
