We have just had all our windows replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We chose bottom opening windows, which we are very impressed with as fresh air circulates easily. Excellent service from start to finish, I had 4 new windows and 1 door, they are lovely. The fitters couldn’t have left the house any tidier if they tried. Would highly recommend.

I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. Highly recommend South West Home Improvements!

Fantastic experience, the sales person that come around first who was just excellent not pushy in the slightest! the two fitters were just brilliant went above and beyond for us, and everybody on the phone was so helpful. Really enjoyed our experience with this company, Would 100% use again.

The guys were excellent from the initial contact to the quote and then the fitting. They were quick and efficient and turned up exactly when planned. We have been very happy with the work and will use them again and would recommend them to anyone

Had French windows installed to open from dining area on to patio. Old window and brickwork down to floor level removed. Sales, surveyor, installers and finishing plasterer 100%. Price was so competitive and whole experience was great from start to finish. Proper good!

A first-class job was done by a very skilled team in installing our windows. Very pleasant workers who left no mess and nothing was too much trouble for them. A very good job, well done team.

We've just had our soffits and guttering replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We have been very impressed from start to finish. It began with a home visit and quote within a day or two of our initial call. Dan and Lewis then kept us fully updated with progress, including when covid delayed the work. When the work was done it was to an excellent standard by friendly and professional fitters Paul and Rob. We are extremely happy with the service and highly recommend.

5⭐️ We had 11 windows fitted by Southwest Home Improvements at the end of October 2024. The team were amazing. From initial quote, survey to fitting. Also promptly rang me back when I left messages. I had other jobs being done on the house at the same time and the guys were more than happy to be lead by me as to what windows I needed doing first! Not much noise, no mess and beautifully finished windows at the end of it! The difference in the warmth of our house is massive - I’ve had to turn the thermostat down below 16 degrees! I’m already planning on getting them back to reglaze our conservatory. A big thank you to Sam and the team 👍🏻

We've recently had gutters and fascia's done and had previously had windows replaced. Really happy with the price, product and service. Couple of small things that the team had to come back to update, which got sorted quickly and efficiently. Really highly recommended.
