A fantastic local company who provide 5 star customer service from start to finish. Owners, sales guys, surveyors and fitters are all great, knowledgeable and carry out work to the highest of standards. We’ve just had an entire house fitted with new windows and doors - the quality and look of their products is great. Can’t thank you enough for transforming our house!! Highly recommend!

I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. Highly recommend South West Home Improvements!

We had fascia and guttering done by these guys. Very quick, very proffessional and very competitive rate. Smooth sailing and i would highly recommend.Not often you get great customer service these days but the communication and constant updates was a brreath of fresh air. well done guys.

2022, at the end of November we moved into a property when windows and doors weren't anywhere suitable for winter. Sam and his team made sure we had them installed before Christmas. They gave us a competitive price and good quality product. Went beyond to achieve the design we were after and made sure we were happy by checking with us. Thank you!

A first-class job was done by a very skilled team in installing our windows. Very pleasant workers who left no mess and nothing was too much trouble for them. A very good job, well done team.

The three man team were very polite, helpful, and explained how & why to any of our questions in terms that made sense , they spotted a problem very quickly & informed us straight away rather than just ploughing on with what they told to do , we discussed together the problem & came up with the best solution I wish other companies were as professional as these three gentlemen 👍👍👍 Alan & Janet ( Exmouth )

Old windows replaced. We've just had some very old windows replaced,
I expected it to take two days but it was all done in a day. Smart new windows, at a reasonable price, all the rubbish cleared away and a great bunch of lads doing the work, quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic experience, the sales person that come around first who was just excellent not pushy in the slightest! the two fitters were just brilliant went above and beyond for us, and everybody on the phone was so helpful. Really enjoyed our experience with this company, Would 100% use again.

We've just had our soffits and guttering replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We have been very impressed from start to finish. It began with a home visit and quote within a day or two of our initial call. Dan and Lewis then kept us fully updated with progress, including when covid delayed the work. When the work was done it was to an excellent standard by friendly and professional fitters Paul and Rob. We are extremely happy with the service and highly recommend.
