We are so pleased with the outcome of our new windows and front door! The service, quality and workmanship was excellent. Lewis was very accommodating, especially with fitting us in as quick as they did! Highly recommended.

We have just had all our windows replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We chose bottom opening windows, which we are very impressed with as fresh air circulates easily. I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. I just had a lovely new front door fitted. It was a bit fiddly due to needing a narrow door, though Sam and the team guided me through this and i love the end result. The fitter was similarly lovely and did a very professional job. Thank you all.
