The company was recommended to us for windows, doors, replacement facia, soffits and guttering and we were not disappointed, professional delivery from start to finish - if you are contemplating home improvements you should definitely consider this company.

We had 10 new windows and two new doors from Sam and the crew at South West Home improvements. No hassle experience from beginning to end. The two gents that completed the fitting were diligent throughout. I didn’t think tradesmen could be so tidy. There are now two neighbours in the street asking for quotes and my parents are also keen. Top quality workmanship, couldn’t recommend South West Home Improvements enough

My new front door was fitted on 5 January . I am so pleased with it. The service from beginning to end has been excellent. I would highly recommend this Company.

Fantastic experience, the sales person that come around first who was just excellent not pushy in the slightest! the two fitters were just brilliant went above and beyond for us, and everybody on the phone was so helpful. Really enjoyed our experience with this company, Would 100% use again.

Owners, sales guys, surveyors and fitters are all great, knowledgeable and carry out work to the highest of standards. A month ago, I contacted South West Home Improvements regarding three doors they supplied and installed at my property, all of which have been defective since installation.Unfortunately, despite contacting the company numerous times by phone and email, I am still waiting for these issues to be resolved. The doors do not open and close properly, the back door has mouldy silicone and excessive condensation, and there is noticeable movement in the bottom seal.I was contacted several weeks ago by a new member of staff who asked whether I was happy with the installation. I explained that I had already been waiting for over a year for the problems to be rectified. I was assured someone would contact me to arrange the necessary work, but once again, nobody followed up.The original installation also caused significant damage to the plasterwork, which thankfully was eventually rectified, but the promised adjustments to the doors and replacement of the mouldy silicone still haven't happened.I have been extremely patient, but after more than a year of ongoing problems and repeated attempts to get help, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the lack of after-sales customer service.I would simply like the defects properly addressed and the doors brought up to the standard I would reasonably expect from a professional installation company.

I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. Highly recommend South West Home Improvements!

Very good team excellent workmanship windows fitted on time they cleaned up and left everything clean and tidy, I would recommend them to anyone and it was a very reasonable price
