We have 11 new windows, a set of French doors and our front door replaced by this company. They provided an excellent service throughout. The quality of their work is impeccable. I would highly recommend this company.

I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. A month ago, I contacted South West Home Improvements regarding three doors they supplied and installed at my property, all of which have been defective since installation.Unfortunately, despite contacting the company numerous times by phone and email, I am still waiting for these issues to be resolved. The doors do not open and close properly, the back door has mouldy silicone and excessive condensation, and there is noticeable movement in the bottom seal.I was contacted several weeks ago by a new member of staff who asked whether I was happy with the installation. I explained that I had already been waiting for over a year for the problems to be rectified. I was assured someone would contact me to arrange the necessary work, but once again, nobody followed up.The original installation also caused significant damage to the plasterwork, which thankfully was eventually rectified, but the promised adjustments to the doors and replacement of the mouldy silicone still haven't happened.I have been extremely patient, but after more than a year of ongoing problems and repeated attempts to get help, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the installation and the lack of after-sales customer service.I would simply like the defects properly addressed and the doors brought up to the standard I would reasonably expect from a professional installation company.

I had a conservatory installed by southwest home improvements this week. John from sales was extreamly helpful,friendly and very professional, and not at all pushy. The price quoted was extreamly competitive compared with other local and national companies. When it came to the instalation Lee the fitter was absolutely brilliant, very professional and a really nice person to deal with. The quality of his work and attention to detail when cleaning up after the job was completed was fantastic. I really cant praise this company highly enough and they were a real pleasure to deal with.

Had French windows installed to open from dining area on to patio. Old window and brickwork down to floor level removed. Sales, surveyor, installers and finishing plasterer 100%. Price was so competitive and whole experience was great from start to finish. Proper good!

We have just had windows and front door replaced and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. When Lewis came to quote, he was friendly, not at all pushy and brought brochures with him. The quote was reasonable and he he was helpful with suggestions.The fitters, Max and Jake were very friendly, efficient and very tidy and the finishing off was of a high standard. We would highly recommend this company.

Fabulous company , so pleased I used them. John the salesman was awesome in his knowledge and understanding of the windows for the conservatory. By far the best quote I received . Have just had the windows fitted and they look fantastic, such a difference. Fitters were tidy and worked efficiently. Would not hesitate to use the company again. Thank you

Highly recommended! The team did a very good job replacing my soffits. They work and communicate swiftly. The scaffolding team also deserves praise for their tidy and fast work. We are very satisfied with the final result!
