Fantastic experience, the sales person that come around first who was just excellent not pushy in the slightest! the two fitters were just brilliant went above and beyond for us, and everybody on the phone was so helpful. Really enjoyed our experience with this company, Would 100% use again.

We had 7 new double glazed windows and a new front door installed and are delighted. Lewis and Jake, the fitters were extremely professional, helpful and very tidy with the installation. Sam kept us updated throughout the process. We would highly recommend their services.

I had new windows throughout and a composite front door. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. The price quoted was very competitive and although I had not heard of the company before, I read a few good reviews so thought it was worth going ahead. The fitters were great and even tidied up after themselves! Fitting my windows was not an easy job as a concrete surround had to be removed in order to make the new windows bigger, the fitters did a fantastic job. Totally professional and friendly service throughout the whole process. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and doors, my house is so much lighter and warmer. We had fascia and guttering done by these guys. Very quick, very proffessional and very competitive rate. Smooth sailing and i would highly recommend.Not often you get great customer service these days but the communication and constant updates was a brreath of fresh air. well done guys.

We have just had all our windows replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We chose bottom opening windows, which we are very impressed with as fresh air circulates easily. Our house is now warmer, which helps reduce energy costs. We love the look of the windows too! Thank you all for your service. Please thank Lewis and Talon, your fitters, for all their hard work! Can't rate these guy's highly enough..From initial contact to the finished job .Competitive price, great communication, arrived on time , did a great job.. polite , respectful , cleaned up when they finished. Definitely deserve a 5 star review.

2022, at the end of November we moved into a property when windows and doors weren't anywhere suitable for winter. Sam and his team made sure we had them installed before Christmas.
