The three man team were very polite, helpful, and explained how & why to any of our questions in terms that made sense , they spotted a problem very quickly & informed us straight away rather than just ploughing on with what they told to do , we discussed together the problem & came up with the best solution I wish other companies were as professional as these three gentlemen 👍👍👍 Alan & Janet ( Exmouth )

We had 7 new double glazed windows and a new front door installed and are delighted. Lewis and Jake, the fitters were extremely professional, helpful and very tidy with the installation. Sam kept us updated throughout the process. We would highly recommend their services.

We have just had all our windows replaced by Southwest Home Improvements. We chose bottom opening windows, which we are very impressed with as fresh air circulates easily. Our house is now warmer, which helps reduce energy costs. We love the look of the windows too! Thank you all for your service. Please thank Lewis and Talon, your fitters, for all their hard work! We recently had new Gutters, facias and soffits fitted by this company. They look really good and have been tested by the recent rain and wind. Well done to the two fitters who worked extremely hard in what was a couple of hot sunny days. Overall really happy with the work and would recommend Thank you

Excellent Company We had about 16 windows installed plus 3 doors as well as gutterings and facias replaced. I liked the way Lewis sold the product and services, not pushy for a decision and he was competitive (not the cheapest and not the most expensive) . Initial deposits were low and delivery and installation was carried out exactly as advised. Also nice guys that came to do the install, they just got on with it and seemed to work for each other. Quality of work was very good.

I would highly recommend this company and personally will consider them for other work.

Had all our windows & doors replaced this week, delighted with the appearance & quality all around. Fantastic experience, the sales person that come around first who was just excellent not pushy in the slightest! the two fitters were just brilliant went above and beyond for us, and everybody on the phone was so helpful. Really enjoyed our experience with this company, Would 100% use again.

5⭐️ We had 11 windows fitted by Southwest Home Improvements at the end of October 2024. The team were amazing. From initial quote, survey to fitting. Also promptly rang me back when I left messages. I had other jobs being done on the house at the same time and the guys were more than happy to be lead by me as to what windows I needed doing first! Not much noise, no mess and beautifully finished windows at the end of it! The difference in the warmth of our house is massive - I’ve had to turn the thermostat down below 16 degrees! I’m already planning on getting them back to reglaze our conservatory. A big thank you to Sam and the team 👍🏻
